Home Ed Autumn Nature Art Class

Autumn's on its way, and we're celebrating it properly, in the Bisley Yurt.

This is a taster session for our new home ed art classes, which will be running weekly from October.

This class we will explore autumn and it's natural treasures, and use them to create our own nature journals. Then we'll have a go at Gelli printing, making autumn inspired prints from what we've found.

There's so much learning going on without it feeling like a lesson, looking closely at nature, noticing colour and pattern. Trying out composition, building fine motor skills and most importantly, the children having the freedom to make their work their own.

I'm a qualified Head of Art with over 15 years teaching experience, so the children will be learning real art skills and techniques, just without the pressure of a classroom.
